Mario Conte
CEO and Founder
Mario began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, now the world's largest junior golf tour for individuals under 18. Transitioning to real estate, he has successfully managed all stages of development, including planning, acquisition, design, budgeting, construction, and management. Over the past several years, Mario has bought and sold 18 residential and commercial properties across Florida and Georgia.

Finance and Accounting Coordinator
Katie brings more than 15 years experience in the construction and finance industry rooted in a lifelong exposure to entrepreneurship and building. A graduate of the University of Colorado, she has built a career defined by analytical rigor, financial expertise and strategic insight. Katie is particularly experienced in construction finance, navigating budgets, forecasting and risk management. She believes that integrity, accountability and long-term relationships are essential to sustainable success in both the construction and finance industries

Construction Manager
Ryan Hall is a Construction Manager who thrives on turning plans into finished projects. He has experience managing schedules, budgets, crews, and subcontractors, He focuses on efficiency, safety, and quality at every stage of construction. Ryan value teamwork, clear communication, and practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Regional Manager
Julie Williams brings over 30 years of heart-led experience in residential property management. With her Accredited Residential Manager (A.R.M.) designation and a proven track record across a wide range of properties, she’s known for creating communities that feel like home. Whether guiding teams or supporting tenants, Julie leads with warmth, integrity, and a passion for making every property a place people are proud to live. “Great communities don’t happen by accident—they’re built through trust, empathy, and everyday care.”

Executive Assistant
With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, Betsy brings a customer-first mindset and strong operational organization to the MGVG team. Her background in event coordination and administrative support—paired with experience supporting team operations and growth—helps keep internal processes efficient and priorities on track. Betsy values high standards, clear communication, and follow-through, and is committed to creating a smooth experience for both internal teams and external partners
